“I really enjoyed the course and I found it very informative. However, I did feel uncomfortable with regards to the teachings on sexual abuse. In the course, sexual abuse is regarded only as a lack of consent. There was no mention of the fact that children cannot give consent, and that often ‘consent’ is given but often due to coercion, power or control. I think to teach that sexual abuse is only a lack of consent is very concerning. It should have been much more detailed.”

“I have done safeguarding courses over the last 20+ years and found this particular course to be extremely informative. iI’s one I like my staff to do as they gain a lot of knowledge from it. I have found this more useful that face 2 face courses”
