“I completed this course 2 yrs ago and little has changed in the information provided. Some of the data provided is out of date and quoting statistics from 10years ago is not relevant today; they need to be updated. Plus, many of the questions in the quiz at the end, do not assess learning or understanding of the information provided, they mainly assess memory recall. Being asked to remember the age of a person in the quoted case study is irrelevant. It would be better to be asked about the reason it was a safeguarding issue to assess understanding/ learning!”

“The contents of the training is excellent and the information given in most cases are suitable to my role. A lot of the information given is in regards to a care setting, which may not benefit myself, but in general, all the information is good. The option to change the speaker speed is an amazing addition I wish was included in all training. When I started the voice was very slow and frustrating to follow. Amending the speed to a speed you are personally happy with is amazing and I think helps us take the information in.”
