“As an Environmental Health Officer, I do not feel some of the content is accurate of even correct in some matters. A Social Worker is NOT the person who can make the Statutory decisions with delectable to clearing accumulations. Where as a EHO can. I think this should be made clear, the defining differences between the power of an EHO v's that of a Social Worker.”
