“I recently completed the Hoarding Awareness course and found it very interesting and informative. The course helped me gain a better understanding of hoarding behaviours and the challenges individuals face. It has increased my knowledge and confidence in how to support residents who are experiencing this situation, while also encouraging a more compassionate and person-centred approach. Overall, I found the course very beneficial and relevant to my role.”

“Good use of Text, Photos and Video to make the Course engaging. Content a little repetitive throughout but perhaps that was intentional to help you remember it. Would recommend.”
