“I have rated as good but two of the slides did not match the words I was hearing as they were audio from the previous slides. With these ones I just read the slides once the audio had finished. Having taking several minutes over the previous 30 years, it would good to use this as a refresher. However, a face to face course would be welcomed too.”

“Pronunciation of the word, "minute" varies, which could be confusing for people. Would it be possible to include an opportunity for your students to take minutes as part of the course? Content was excellent. Very thorough, with clear messages.”

“A lot of the information was very straightforward for me, as I have worked more than 30 years. I wanted to refresh my skills for a resident’s board meeting. The information was very clear and I enjoyed the short quizzes after each main section. The main take-aways I learned was that not everything falls under the minute-taker’s responsibility, and that close collaboration should exist between the Chair of the meeting, and that the guarantee of a good meeting often depends on the agenda and accompanying documentation BEFORE the meeting. I feel confident that despite years of taking minutes for meetings, I learned in a systematic way and have improved my skills taking this course.”

“While there were some useful snipets, there was also a bit of repitition in places. It would have been useful if there where practical exercises included to test ability to filter out 'waffle' and ensure main points and correct format was being understood.”

“The infomation was very insightful and very helpful, but this is more of a review of the site and how it can be improved, When Completing a section i belive it would be better if either it would automataclly start on the next section / after clicking completed and it refreshses, have it be muted, as currently it replays the same section, i found this to break my concentration alot during this teaching. Other than this small issue, I found the work itself great!”
