“On the whole the course was very informative and provided a good base to learn, build on and feel confident about minute taking to people like myself who are new to it. However, the commentator read word for word the type on screen, as this was visible I am not sure it enhanced the course, and at times detracted from it. It would be helpful for the presentation to be available for downloading as a whole, and likewise for the screens to be available as pdf (or like) print outs to keep as reference.”

“This was a good course with lots of useful hints and tips which I will use in meetings. My only criticism is that it could have been a little more interactive rather than someone reading out exactly what was written on the slides.”
