“there was some good content in the course but quite repetitive in parts. I found the vocal delivery of the narration incredibly difficult to listen to - was it AI ? the tone and intonation was slow, monotonous and exteremely difficult to concdentrate on over a long course. I sped the delivery up to 1.5X which slightly helped. I did not find it motivating to see that there were 111 steps to complete, this indicator could be removed”

Thank you for your feedback on the course. We are currently in the process of changing all our audio. The course in question is narrated by a human and not AI, This will be looked into. I hope you are not put of from choosing CPD Online College again in the future.

“Clear guidance and ease of moving through the units. Final quiz froze at Q13 and I had to come out of the system and go in again and start at the beginning. Don't know why it froze, however, I completed and passed the final quiz. I will be attempting another of your modules soon.”
