“Informative course, great as could complete sections as and when without being timed out. Good that you can go back over any section and the mini quiz at the end of each section were ideal to ensure information was retained”

“I am currently setting up a milk processing business as an on farm diversification. Our EHO who has visited 2 times on paid advisory visits during our build and setup and suggested the online programme MY HACCP and I found the whole process like looking into a black hole as couldnt see the end goal. The course gave me an overview and purpose of the whole process. I have already started adjusting my prerequisites. The course is well laid out and I really liked the fact that you can complete the course in sections.”

“It was a long course so had to do it on a quiet day.Very informative and repetitive but that helped with the quizzes .Being new to the industry it was helpful to make some notes also.Have learnt a lot today.”
