“It was a long course so had to do it on a quiet day.Very informative and repetitive but that helped with the quizzes .Being new to the industry it was helpful to make some notes also.Have learnt a lot today.”

“The mains things I enoyed about this training course were: How in depth it was, how clear to voice over was, The summary and quiz at the end of each section, how easy it was to see how far through the course you are and if you have passed that section, that you can take the final test as many times as you need. Things it could have done better: There was a lot of repetition which is great for learning but for a course as long as this which people will typically do at work any would find going of the same thing over and over again not the best use of their time. Consider introduction a notes section to training were participants can type and save their notes to each section so it is in their own words and creates a list of the parts they deemed essential or hard to remember”
