“I was surprised to lean that this course does not teach me anything other than I already know. I was expecting to learn how to complete a Mental Capacity Assessment as the course advertises:- Unit 3 – Assessing capacity – This unit will focus on capacity assessments and situations when people may lack capacity. The unit will start by ensuring you have a strong understanding of what capacity is and the situations when people may not have capacity. We will then move on to explore the 2-step test for assessing capacity and cover the link between DoLS and capacity assessments. Money not well spent.”

“This, like the Mental Health Act course would benefit from more complexity in the 4 question quizzes. OFten the answers were very obvious "All The Above" was seen far too often. Maybe MOre questions too?”

“Loved the fact i could do this in my own time preventing feeling pressure as sometimes happens in a group setting. The formate of information was precise and constructed , making it easy to absorb.”
