“I am not convinced that knowing/being tested on which Article of the Human Rights Act relates to the right to marry and have a family or which of the 5 principles of the MCA relates to which of the key elements of capacity or lack of capacity is useful unless you are a lawyer. Those undertaking this course are most likely to be working in a social care setting - where evidencing real understanding of the Act is,I would argue of more relevance. Wording of some of the quiz questions could be clearer. Feels designed to trip you up.”
