“I am a survivor of domestic abuse and this course has helped me to realise that there are a number of behaviours that I didn’t know was domestic abuse. I suffered from a lot of those behaviours and one question I have asked myself over and over again is, how did I let myself get into a relationship that was abusive? doing this course has helped me to realise that I was not to blame in any way, shape or form.”
