“Very helpful with a friendly manner and kept me updated as promised. I have marked down the "how timely was the service" only because I had to make 2 calls to the support telephone number before receiving the support desk call. After the initial help desk call the follow up was very timely and much appreciated.”

“Always a joy speaking to the guys on the Support Desk - very knowledgeable and usually fix things on the phone. If not then they will come back within a reasonable time as the day to day workings of CoolCare is a priority to our business and they understand this”
