“Could not get on site from Confused. com so tried by going to Post Office direct. Quote account number but Post Office could not find it. Post Office did a quote which was much higher than when using Confused. Went back to Confused where their quote was lower than the Post Office and tried again to get through on web. Eventually got onto web & got the Confused quote through. Eventually a win win.”
