“What was included on my screen regarding my new policy was an additional cost with the PO operative. The person dealing with my policy was great and very sympathetic, she informed me that there was a glitch in the computer system. Everything was sorted the following day to my satisfaction however the whole experience was neither smooth or pleasant.”
