“The policy seems fine. I have yet to have to make a claim, although I have called to ask questions. Rhe experience wasnt very positive and not reassuring, each phonecall involves listening to long 'welcome' messages which desvribe how the company is set up and seems very confusing. The calls also involved being put through to various different teams who seem to have no knowledge of the other, all very confusing and not very smooth. I have previously used 'online only' insurers where to customer servi e has been smooth and easy. I would not take out another insurance policy with Zenith.”
