“I don't rate Zenith highly as I set up my policy being unaware that the accident I was involved in that was not my fault would affect the premiums I had to pay each month. Unfortunately I was unable to cancel my policy as I needed my car insured and could not afford to pay the upfront costs on a cheaper policy after I found out they were uping my monthly payments due to someone elses careless driving. By cancelling with Zenith I would have been without a car for at least 3 weeks until I could afford to set up a new policy elsewhere. I don't agree with being charged more when it was NOT my fault that my car got hit and other companies would charge me half what I pay to Zenith if I had the upfront cost to set up a new policy elsewhere in the 1st place which I had already paid to Zenith before my premiums were raised!”
