“Nightmare trying to sort out your no claims discont, had to send 3 times and they still couldn’t sort it.
When you ring them, you will be on hold for 15minutes and then when finally a human, they will cut you off, on purpose. Happened to me 4 times, 4 days running. finally got it sorted after loads of hassle.
Not worth the hassle to save yourself £10.
Wouldn’t recommend to my worsts enemy.”
