“After having (so I thought) car insurance, after about 7/8 days I received an e-mail saying that I hadn't, but then after speaking to a call staff member, I received an e-mail saying they HAD received the correct documents from me. Also after receiving my insurance certificate which was totally unreadable, I even sent them a copy showing the illegibility, they sent me another certificate which was also totally unreadable. I am a person who likes to see my certificate, but it seems not with your company.”
