Not impressed really. Sent my required documentation (driver's licence, Nat Ins No. etc) 2 weeks before my insurance was due to start - I bought it in advance this year, No further communication apart from the policy documents sent by email, so I assumed all was well. Two weeks into the policy I was told my policy was about to be cancelled, as I had not provided the above documents. I tried sending them via the given link, but apparently not received again. I had to contact a rep to get them to ensure the documents were properly received and verified. Also not impressed by the free breakdown cover, which apparently covers 2 call-outs at a cost of £20 each time. Not obvious in the 'large print', I'm afraid.

If you’re solely reliant on emailing and the telephone continuously has delays this slows down the process of completing in a timely manner.

As they were unable to accept an email confirming my NCD from my previous insurers, but were able to increase the original premium for points put on my licence over 4 years ago, this did not resonate well with me. It took over one month to receive written confirmation that I was fully covered. Very poor customer service in my book!
