“Only time I have contacted them for breakdown service, and they quoted a highly inflated price to attend. Will not be renewing my policy with them when it comes up for renewal. I would hate to think what response I would receive if I was involved in an accident. Sorry but very disappointed.”
“Terrible service with them, far too many issues to describe here.
Telephone lines are never open when you need them, when they are open expect long waiting in queue over the phone and online.
They charge you for everything including changing your name and address - if it was legal to charge you for breathing they probably would without thinking twice. There are better insurers out there - avoid is my suggestion.
I only went with the because they worked out cheaper than the rest - but I'm seeing where this costing me more money”
