“The Flux Direct Co. policies are rubbish and so are the team. They said I had had an accident 3 years ago , which I hadn't, I got in touch with the Underwriting Co. and said there wasn't anything on my record I asked Flux to ammend the policy , they refused. I rang the underwriter again, they asked me to tell Flux to ring them to clear up the situation and again they refused. I had already paid for the policy so I cancelled the policy, and took out another with a different as I couldn't, trust them if I had to”
