“When we filled in the details online your site asked us what is the current market value of the car which is automaticaly filled in so we left as was as it was accurate once we toom out the insurance flux rang the next day asking what we paid for the car so we told them they then told me that i had said diffrent on confised.com i said no they asked the market value your asking for price paid, they went on to say that wed given wrong info based on confused.com site so i should take it up with yourselves and the underwriters will have to cancel the polocy even though i paid leas than market value as i was more of a risk.
Basically they said confised.coms website asked incorrect questions and as such the insurance had to be cancelled so between the 2 of you i was uninsured and they had the cheak to say yheyd keep £95 of the money as its not there fault its ours. So ill never use confused.com again”
“Adrian Flux cancelled my policy by letter to me 10 May 2017 as the underwriter would not accept named driver on policies
I spoke with them and they got another quote way too expensive so I accepted their cancellation
Today I receive a letter from insurance debt collector saying I owe £133 as Adrian Flux still had my policy live till 4 July 2017

“I think you are not clear when a young learner takes cover with your company then after 3months when he passes you hit him with a cancellation fee of £161 pounds as you could not offer a reasonable quote for his car I can assure you he will be passing his experience on to all his friends at school not to goo with your company”
“Overly complicated website and Call center. After being advised I could cancel online went through the motions and after 10 mins computer says no.
Asked to cancel the policy and was put on hold for 10 mins. Was told that everything was done but that I would have to send an e-mail to cancel to recover my £9.00.
What a waste of an hour. Car is still insured as I can't be bothered informing the same people more than once to cancel. Quite quick to give you insurance but very reluctant to make it easy to cancel.”
