“So I’ve only just taken it out so my comments relate to how easy (or not!) it was to arrange the car insurance with Direct line. Unfortunately it was awful. I kept getting an error message and I tried over six times. In the end I had to ring them and even then they said they couldn’t complete it as it was an online quote. We did get around that but for that reason I found the entire experience once I had left Confused.com irritating and frustrating”
