“An issue arose in regard to a previous insurance issue with Hastings.
They had me down as a driver of a vehicle involved in a claim 3 years ago.
As a result we contacted Hastings who said they would update the Insurance database.
Three years on we find that Hastings had NOT!!
With the help from Nutshell it has now been resolved, (I hope!).”
