“Didn't get all the details from the confused.com quote, specifically a previous claim from 4 years ago, despite it being in the quote details on confused.com. Resulted in Nutshell terminating the new insurance policy automatically, unsure if confused or nutshell error, but either way very frustrating as I've had to buy another policy (using same details) with another provider now, so ended up paying out for two initial payments.”
