“The LV site is very easy to use as are all insurance company sites. So for ease of buying a policy it is 5 stars but the proof of the pudding is when you want to make a claim and this is what I base my selection on as well as the price and content of the policy. LV has bad reviews as do most insurers which is what you expect when it comes to paying out, especially when it is your fault. The price is excessive compared to 2 years ago as are all insurers and they have all maintained the higher prices even though the interest rates have fallen and prices have come down for parts etc, which I find unfair to customers.”
