LV's offer was not the lowest by far, but was considerably lower than my previous insurer who true to form wanted to renew for exactly the same criteria as last year (also it's a depreciating value for the vehicle) by asking for £220 extra. So much for customer loyalty. If ever a service needed transparency and regulation it's insurance.”
