“I have been with them off and on for a number of years. What I particularly value is that I get to speak to a real person. That might cost a few pounds more than what I would pay with an on-line only insurer but it is worth it to me. I have never had a claim yet so I am probably not the best person to judge when it comes to the tricky stuff.”
