“I have never had to make a claim I insured with LV last year and the renewal quote arrived the day after I had renewed through Confused.com. LV's quote was considerably higher which I found annoying. Also I dislike the fact that they automatically renew unless you phone them. I was left on the phone for a long time having to listen to loud, unpleasant music with no idea how long I would need to wait, simply to cancel their automatic renewal.”
