“Didn't realise I would be entering in to a credit agreement that can be quite ruthless to the end user if they miss a payment by error there is usually no room for discretion. Credit agreements should be obvious from the beginning of an agreement not signed once 1st payment is made and registration of the account begins. Would like a call back.”
