When trying to claim for an accident which was not my fault I was told I'd have to wait 3 days for my car to be collected and for a courtesy car. I ended up using the 3rd parties insurance and it was resolved within 24hours.”
“Purchasing the insurance was easy and simple, and I had no need to contact Zenith during the policy. When it came to the renewal, I found a cheaper quote on-line, so rang up to cancel the policy (10 days before the renewal date). So imagine my surprise when on the renewal date I received a text message saying that my renewal had gone ahead, and checking my bank balance, the funds had been deposited from my account. I called again to be told that they were not quite sure what had happened, but that a refund would occur "straight away". Two days later when the money was still not back in my account, I rang again to be told that the operator was "just actioning my refund" and it could take up to 7 days to be credited to my account. Finally 8 days later I did get the money back (after another phone call and a shrug off about it being a bank holiday weekend), no real apology for any inconvenience that I might have inured and trying to blame the banks for it taking so long...maybe they should have just cancelled when I initially called them.”
