“This Insurance Provider is internet based. You create a profile on their website and your documents are held uder your name online. You can loggin and download these documents printing them off yourself. Alternatively, you can opt to have the paperwork sent to you. The claims process is also very simple once you understand that SureThing are brokers, with the policies provided by other Insurance Company/Underwriters. I found it easiest to contact both SureThing and the company that actually provided the Insurance cover - just to make sure both were aware of my claim (I was rear-ended). There was confusion to begin with when I tried to get an update on my claim. The SureThing rep directed me to the Insurance Company itself, who dealt with all claim process. If you need repairs done, SureThing has a list of approved repairers - one of which was Halfords Auto Repairs - one the nsurance Assessors had scoped out the damage costs.”
