No telephone number to speak to customer services at Lloyds Bank. Change of address had to be done on line through self service and I have been charged £27 administration cost. For what? I've done all the work. Lloyds Bank do not deal with claims, all goes through their underwriter Zenith Insurance plc. Very bad customer service from Zenith - when tried to arrange windscreen replacement I spoke to probably 10 different people. No consistent information received as though no one really knew the process. Very bad. Will not insure with Lloyds bank again.

No problems I pay by direct debit so it is easy.

It was rather straight forward except some clarification regarding the no claim bonus issur

Had not had any problems.Got my documents quickly.have not needed to contact them or make a claim .
