“No telephone number to speak to customer services at Lloyds Bank. Change of address had to be done on line through self service and I have been charged £27 administration cost. For what? I've done all the work.
Lloyds Bank do not deal with claims, all goes through their underwriter Zenith Insurance plc. Very bad customer service from Zenith - when tried to arrange windscreen replacement I spoke to probably 10 different people. No consistent information received as though no one really knew the process. Very bad. Will not insure with Lloyds bank again.”
