“On the good side of things, they provided me with insurance very quickly and hassle free. On the negative side, I kept getting emails half way through my policy saying that I had not provided them the correct documentation at the start of the policy when I knew I had. I then kept getting emails saying they never asked me in the beginning if I wanted to take out a particular cover or not. I wasn't impressed.”
“Dreadful. Took 3 attempts of sending documents before they agreed they had them even though they confirmed they had got them every time. Then they threatened to cancel my policy with no explanation. When I called the 0844 number was left holding for ages before being told it was because my address was incorrect on my licence. Then left holding even longer while they looked for my documentation and still told me it was wrong until I asked them to read out the address on the licence and compare it to the one on my documents. Then they admitted there had been a mistake. Will never use this company again. Just glad I did not have to make a claim as I have no doubt they would have messed that up too.”
“As I have had no reason to make contact with the Insurance Provider since initial purchase, which as you will see from the answers given to your questionnaire was good I can find no negatives. The one occasion when I made contact with a query it was dealt with quickly, politely and most efficiently.”
