“Constantly receiving cancellation on direct debit letters when it hadn't been. Payment for insurance not taken for 3 months now. Admiral are adamant that there are no issues so I can only presume this is normal. Company charged £50 to change address and also want to charge £50 cancellation charges. This isn't make overly obvious when buying a policy. My personal opinion is to be very cautious when using this company.”
