“Had high hopes for this after reading reviews, however, on anything else than a hard floor this is useless. Dog hair easily tangles the head, and it can’t really pull the skin off milk in terms of suction. For allergy sufferers, look elsewhere, all hair and dirt gets stuck to the central filter, meaning you have to scoop it out with your finger to get the canister to empty. Save your money and invest in something else - like a microfibre mop.”

“This is a great vacuum cleaner; it picks up very well and is relatively quiet. It is easy to empty and the brush roller can be removed to clear hair. It is better than my previous cordless vac which cost twice the price. I would have rated it as five stars but - it is taller than my previous vacuum and, as I'm short, it makes it slightly awkward for me to use, and the fact that it will not stand up on its own is a major drawback. Yes, it comes with a mount that you can screw to the wall but, when vacuuming, it is sometimes necessary to stand the vac up so you can move furniture, obstructions such as small dogs etc. Please make a version that is freestanding!”
