“Fabulous little vac. Very light and powerful. A pleasure to use and so easy to empty. Much prefer it to my old dyson. No extras to buy such as a wall mount, because that is included.”

“This vacuum is light which makes it feel very cheap. It is made of a very brittle plastic and feels pretty fragile. It needs to be stored on it's stand on the wall or it is impossible to store really. The head keeps flipping up which vacuming and you have to put it down with your foot which is annoying. The sucking power is good on its most powerful setting but then the battery life is very low. On the lowest setting it is pretty pathetic. All in all, this is fine for a small space but is definitely not as good as the other model, Joey that I borrowed from my friend. I thought this more expensive one would be better. It is not better. Just more expensive. All in all I wouldn't recommend it.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The wall-hanging storage system for the Orson is how it receives charge when not in use. Feedback from other customers has informed us that this is the preferred storage option. We haven't had any other reports of the floor head not staying in contact with the floor when in use, if you need any advice on this then please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you. When used on turbo mode your vacuum cleaner should last approximately 17 mins, when used in standard suction mode then a run time of up to 40 mins on a fully charged battery can be expected. “Lightweight and does what it does very well. The floor tool does tend to lift on a long backward sweep. Glad it starts in low power mode, even this lifts rugs from the floor. It's fun to chase spiders across the ceiling again.”
