“What a great product. We didn't want perimeter wires or a charging point, we have two separate areas of lawn to manage. This appeared to meet our requirements, and it sure does. Our edging turned out to be acceptable to 'Lance' (our given name, abbreviated from Lancelot because of his swords), and there were no issues straight out of the box. He has an excellent work ethic and trundles about cutting grass for hours with no complaints. Would recommend.”

“Good idea but misses the edges by approx 30cm, I thought this was because we have a timber edge but there is a 30cm slate edge all around so it’s actually not going 6cm from the edge.”

Hi Ignatious, I can see that you were unsure how to operate your mower and that our customer service team contacted you with advice. I'm glad that we could assist and that you're now able to use your mower.

“Good delivery information and arrived quickly. The mower is brilliant, just let it wander and you hood to go. Missus hates it as I sit there and watch it. Like most robots we own, they seem to know where not to go and try and go there (means I need to block a steep incline or raise it)! Only suggestion is if you have a cat problem, clear up first else your mower will smell!”
