“Really pleased with this lawnmower. Grass cuttings have always been a pain to get rid of but now I don't need to. It mulches really well and you can't tell the cuttings have been left on the lawn. Brilliant!”

“I've mid sized lawns so went for the biggest electrical. Did need an extension as advised but no problems. Only thing missing on the instructions is placing the cable holder on the mower lower cross rail before attaching the extension arms. Had to remove and re-attach but easy job. 75 and it's the first new mower I've ever had and a pleasure to use. Cutting spring growth towards summer length, it was easy with slower push speed just to give it a chance. Grass bin also bigger on this model and took just that bit longer to fill and travel back to the compost bins. Not had long so I'll have to see how it wares over the coming year.”

“Ordered Sunday and it arrived next day, how good is that ! Not much to put together regarding the mower itself, but the grass box was a bit fiddly with the instructions not really helping much. First mow found it superb, second mow it spilled clippings on the lawn as the grass collector box wasnt fitted correctly. A slightly longer power cord would have been nice too but... Overall, very impressed”

“I got the LawnMaster on Saturday 19th April (Easter weekend). I couldn't use it as the "wing knobs", to connect the upper handle to the lower handle, were missing (along with the cable ties). I was told by e-mail on the 24th April that the missing items had left the warehouse and would be with me shortly. Since then nothing. No e-mail to say that the missing items were in transit and would be delivered on a certain day. Nothing. I don't even know if the lawnmower even works yet! The box containing the lawnmower should have been checked to ensure that all parts were included. If parts are missing they should be posted out to the customer WITHOUT DELAY. I am becoming extremely angry at the poor quality of service. Now what are you going to do about it?”
