“It lasted three minutes before the front wheel fell off. These things happen but even worse is absolutely no response from customer service in over a week except for an automated email telling me they’re busy. Meanwhile, my lawn looks like a jungle. What a waste Update - now 12 days without a response, even after a one-star review, absolutely no interest. I've now taken this up with my credit card to get a refund.”
