“I am very happy with the product and the 2-year warranty is a bonus. However, the delivery provided by your carrier DPD ruined the whole experience. I stayed at home specifically to receive the delivery on the specified day. I tracked the delivery to within the allotted hour, and the driver ‘Mohammed’ on the tracking app to a couple of streets away. I waited but the next thing I received was a text informing me that my package had been left with my ‘neighbour’. As I was out in my front garden, I knew this was not the truth and no DPD vehicle had been in my street!! A photograph provided by ‘Mohammed’ showed a Johnson Cleaners shop front claiming this to be ‘your neighbour’. Fortunately, I recognised the shop which is a 10-minute DRIVE away from my address!! How this could possibly be considered ‘my neighbour’ is beyond me. If I wanted my parcel delivered to Johnson Cleaners as a collection point, I would have arranged this. The driver failed dismally to carry out my delivery and he caused me unnecessary stress and effort to retrieve my parcel. I have had poor experiences in the past with DPD deliveries and would not under any circumstances trust them as a carrier of any item. I have searched the DPD website for a means of leaving them a suitable review of my experience. There is no obvious way of doing this on their website and based on my experience I’m not surprised that DPD don’t make it easy to submit reviews. As above, I am happy with the product but now knowing that you use DPD as your carrier it is very unlikely that I would place any further orders with your company.”

“Delivered when they said it would which was quick Easy to build instructions could have a little more info but if you look carefully at mower as well as instructions then easy Only used a couple of times so far but does exactly as it says a good cut Only issue is it just has a 10m cord -15 would be better but all the other mowers I looked at also only had 10 m cords”
