“Easy to order very good website simple to use. Product videos very helpful and simple. Item arrived very quickly. Was easy to set up and use. Smart looking not too heavy to lift. Love the drop and mow feature. Would like to turn off the timed mowing feature as base is indoors.but can work around it easily. Alarm for lifting could be louder at start for theft. Works well on my slightly rough lawn only stuck twice. Very quite in use. Takes it's time and does a good job Picks out paths which are leval with lawn so that's a good feature. Picks out fence wood and concrete walls. Hasn't bumped into wall fence yet. I'm happy with it. Copes with brown patches too. Amazed at cut effect only used twice and I can see an improvement. Dogs not bothered by it but was with a robot vacuum.extra cable handy for charge station. Metal boundary strip looks easy to install if needed. No boundary wire with this one which helps with it being simple. Instructions very good. Keep box. Magnetic strip and pace makers ect avoid. Handles slopes nicely. Maybe a different colour for carry handle as it blends in. Deaper strong red for stop button on top too.”

“Only had it a few weeks ago,set up easygoing, cutting lawn well so far. That said, due to heatwave, it’s only been allowed to do it once. Only downside so far as I need a cover which does not come with initial purchase.”

“Really quick delivery. However… Since using the auto mower it’s always had issues with the difference between grass and plants. So I had to install a 3 inch high border trim. It then tries to run this over and gets stuck on it even when the manual says it can see anything taller than 2 inches. I then installed a magnetic strip around under the border which has worked. It no longer climbs the border and gets stuck. It is now however failing to ever return back to the charging station so it just runs out of charger in the middle of the garden. Even after cleaning the mower/ station and the sensors. Charging dock is placed correctly like the manual says. Has just been constant issues since owning it. It’s like it can’t tell the difference between shadows and dead/ alive grass. And it seems like it’s getting worse. Just turning in circles when in any shade.”

“Ordered my Ocumow on June 22 and had delivery of it on June 24 exceptional service I might add.However I have problems ever since.It cut grass once and has refused to leave charging station .The locking mechanism is not working .I have contacted customer support but todate have just acknowledgement of my email but no advice as to sorting the problem”
