“Beautifully presented hamper. However, you emailed me to say that the hamper would be delivered at a certain time. It was a day late. I was forced to make a phone call to see where it was. Not a very efficient delivery service. The recipient stayed in waiting for it. I hoped for some compensation but nothing was forthcoming. I intend ordering another hamper from, you before Xmas this year.”
