It still has not turned up. I have written to customer services they have opened a case but no reply. This was 135 pounds!!!

I am in the US and sent gift hampers to my family members in England. Everyone reports that everything was outstanding. A small mishap was one of the hampers did not have an accompanying card so the person had no idea who the gift was from for a day.

The hamper was a gift for my sister. She said it was a wonderful basket which she will reuse. She was extremely happy woth the contents and is looking forward to Christmas Day to enjoy all the goodies

It’s impossible to give a good review of the hamper as yet again it is delayed. I will seriously have to reconsider whether I use Hampers . com if my order is not delivered in a timely matter
