“The hamper did not arrive on the due date. No information or explanation was supplied, but enquiry revealed that it was delayed. No information was given about a new arrival date, so we felt we had no alternative but to cancel the order. We have recieved a full refund and an apology, but still no explanation.”

“I am in the US and sent gift hampers to my family members in England. Everyone reports that everything was outstanding. A small mishap was one of the hampers did not have an accompanying card so the person had no idea who the gift was from for a day.”

“The hamper was a gift for my sister. She said it was a wonderful basket which she will reuse. She was extremely happy woth the contents and is looking forward to Christmas Day to enjoy all the goodies”
