Hi there, I purchased two Christmas hampers for my each of my clients. Unfortunately only one hamper was delivered on the selected delivery date. The delivery date for the hamper is now the 5th January 2026, this is really disappointing as this was an important gift for one of my clients for Christmas which has now gone. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately.

It was supposed to be delivered on 20 December. It still has not arrived. I e mailed the company but no reply. Will never use this company again.

The hamper did not arrive on the due date. No information or explanation was supplied, but enquiry revealed that it was delayed. No information was given about a new arrival date, so we felt we had no alternative but to cancel the order. We have recieved a full refund and an apology, but still no explanation.
