“I can only give this 4 stars as the order appeared to have been overlooked when I checked on the day of delivery. I used the chat facility to ask about the order and the product was delivered at the end of the afternoon . . . but without the 'Happy Birthday' message! This meant that the 'birthday girl' did not know who had sent the parcel!!! Bit disappointing as my 2 previous orders over the Christmas period had been well received.”

“The hamper was bought as an anniversary gift for my brother and sister in law. The website was easy to navigate and the hamper was delivered without fuss on the day requested. “I was very disappointed that no message was included with the hamper. I wrote a short message in the space provided but when my friend received the hamper she had no idea who it was from. Had the message been included I would of given 5 stars”
