“Ordered the hamper for a special occasion. Paid the extra for it to arrive on a specific date. It did not arrive on the required date. When I let Hampers Co know, they offered me the extra charge back, which I still haven’t received. If I’d have known that it was going to arrive no the required date, I would not have ordered it at all. It is not just a question of paying the extra fee for a specified delivery. One of the main purpose of a gift is that arrives on time. This did not. Will not use this company again.”
