So many products promise to renew the look of your tyres with minimal effort and I’m glad to say that Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel delivers that promise. Simply wipe on using a pad and you’ll restore the look of faded tyres, trim, bumpers, seals and stripping, what’s more it lasts for many weeks not days. This is a no streak, no run and non drip formula that works to repel water and detergents and helps keep tyre walls hydrated and supple as well as looking spanking new.
Thankfully Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel contains no alcohol or petroleum distillates but does contain UV light blocking agents which helps prolong the life of the trim or tyre and prevent fading.
This is a non greasy formula that helps form a barrier against the elements and will not attract dust. Chemical Guys claim that a little goes a long way and they’re not wrong, after generously applying the gel to four tyres and trim the bottle looked untouched.

One application will suffice but for more eye-popping lustre apply further coats.
Non-greasy, non-tacky and doesn’t attract dust.
Apply with a pad for stunning results.

“Yet again I find myself buying more Chemical Guys Products in which I love the range I have bought so far, finding out more and more of the stuff towards my day to day or weekly or monthly cleans on my car is proving to be pretty exciting. SO I found myself in need of treating my black plastic bits on my car and tyres, so I go for the New Look Trim Gel and overall the item looks great and using it on the tyres it come out looking great outlasting so far every other product I have ever used over the years by far and I even used some on a bit of black plastic I have on the bonnet of the car (Seat Leon MK2) so applying it is easy, great and I am happy. My problem with it... Tyres - Once applied I find that over the time of build up of break dust and so on with this Gel on there it seems to cause the dirt and brake dust stick to it more than it would normally, I find with the wheel spinning you get some of it slipping on the alloy now clearly this is over applying the product but even when I have taken the time to not do that I still find the problem happening. So overall it seems to make it tougher for removing the dirt and it seems to cause your alloy to get dirtier a lot sooner than planned. Black Plastic - With this I found something of the same, I could notice the Gel running on to the paint work causing a grease look effect on my paint work surrounding the plastic, I have had to wipe this 3 times since applying I can safely say I won't be applying it here. So I have used 2 AutoGlym Products in the past Bumper Care & Tyre Dressing both these have been very effective and I am tempted to stick to them if I don't find anything better. Thanks.”

“It does what is says, treats trim and plastic and leaves a pleasant semi-gloss finish with virtually no residue, just leave on a while then give a final wipe to finish - as previously said, a little goes a long way and a sponge is my preferred method of application. Haven't used it on tyres and dont intend to. When you average the amount used each time with the cost of the product it represents good value for money. 1st order with this company, Quick delivery and no problems whatsoever. Cheers guys”

“WOW the only word to describe New Look Trim Gel. I tested some on my friends old vw bora & the trim came up like new. The other half has a nissan qushqai & makes the black trim look fantastic yet another great product from Chemical Guys”

“Used this product at the weekend and i've got to say this is a quality product. I used an old eggcup and filled it half way and this did all 4 tyres will a detailing brush. It left a wet look shine to my tyres that is still as good 5 days later. It really finishes off my glossy black alloys! Careful you dont put too much on the tyre as this can flick off onto your body work. Overall one happy customer!”

“This is the best and longest lasting tyre shine I have ever used. It is easy to apply (with a foam applicator) and gives a great finish to my tyres which has lasted over a week! Be very careful not to get this on any of the tyre which is in contact with the road however as it is very slippery and may cause handling issues.”
