So many products promise to renew the look of your tyres with minimal effort and I’m glad to say that Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel delivers that promise. Simply wipe on using a pad and you’ll restore the look of faded tyres, trim, bumpers, seals and stripping, what’s more it lasts for many weeks not days. This is a no streak, no run and non drip formula that works to repel water and detergents and helps keep tyre walls hydrated and supple as well as looking spanking new.
Thankfully Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel contains no alcohol or petroleum distillates but does contain UV light blocking agents which helps prolong the life of the trim or tyre and prevent fading.
This is a non greasy formula that helps form a barrier against the elements and will not attract dust. Chemical Guys claim that a little goes a long way and they’re not wrong, after generously applying the gel to four tyres and trim the bottle looked untouched.

One application will suffice but for more eye-popping lustre apply further coats.
Non-greasy, non-tacky and doesn’t attract dust.
Apply with a pad for stunning results.

“Thick gel that goes on easily and lasts longer than other products I have used. I tried cleaning a patch with IPA and applying , applying to another patch without cleaning and a patch of armour all ( my previous trim dressing), whilst the two chemical guys patches were definitely better than armour all, the cleaned patch was by far the best as the gel was on the trim instead of on top of another product on the trim! Only time will tell how long the product will last!”

“on my second bottle of this, and been using for a couple of years, i love the look it gives tyres and trim, inc all the black plastic on my bikes, but agree that you use it sparingly and let it dry properly, or it does fling off a bit; wouldn't buy any other tyre product now and certainly not spray on treatments”

“I was looking for a product to maintain and protect the external black plastics on my new car and decided to go for the New Look Trim Gel. It made the plastics on my car look even better than new, very easy application when using a foam applicator pad and is dry to the touch very quickly. I used it on my tyres as a dressing and it looks great, much easier to apply than the Meguiar's endurance tyre dressing which i was previously using. It seems to get into all the lettering and groves on the face of the tire with a lot less effort and is no where near as messy. Only down side to the product is that despite being applied thinly as a little goes a long way, it seems to run a little and leaves little spots of product as if its pooling after if it rains. I've not tried yet but i'm sure this can be buffed off. Great product.”

“Yields very good results on tired tyres & trim.....the finish lasts a long time too! Dropped 1 star as I find it quite a thick and gloopy product to apply. Tried various applicators.......'sponge type' ones absorb quite a lot of product. Finished result is pleasing.”

“I took a lot of advise before choosing the right tyre product from various forums, on top of my own investigation and I must say, I am not disappointed. It is very easy to apply (I also bought a shaped tyre applicator to help) and a little really does go a long way. I have today put two coats onto the tyres of my 370Z and they look fantastic. I personally don't like the 'super wet' look and the Chemical Boys product is perfect. It leaves a lovely deep black fresh from the showroom look. I will definitely be buying more when it eventually runs out and thanks to 'Clean your car' for a quick easy service.”

“After trying several silicone spray based "trim renovators" (I put this in quotes because that's exactly what they weren't doing!), I tried this stuff, and *wow*, what was previously a sun-bleached light grey bumper became like-new, shiny, and more importantly; stayed like it! Very economical to use (only a tiny bit on a microfibre cloth covers a large area). Highly recommend this stuff.”
