Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine

This is the most technologically advanced car wash system that only requires 1-2 gallons of water to wash the entire car. Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine does not require rinsing since there are no soapy surfactants to wash off into the storm drains.

This unique product contains substantive polymers which bond to the paint and protect it during the wash. Therefore, Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine offers greater protection and lubricity than conventional car washes leaving a sleek & glossy finish behind afterwards. The wastewater in the bucket can be used to water the lawn or disposed of into a sink, where it will be treated!

Directions:

Add 1 oz. of Optimum No Rinse to 1-2 gallons of water to make a no rise car wash. Soak Optimum Xtra Large Microfiber Towel in the wash bucket. Wash one car panel. Soak the towel in the wash bucket again and do another panel till the entire vehicle is washed. Use a fresh Xtra plush Microfiber Towel to dry the car. You can also dry and wax your vehicle by spraying Optimum Car wax on each panel as you are drying it.

Add 1 ounce to wash water made with your regular car wash. No Rinse Wash & Shine's advanced polymers and lubricants offer more surface protection and slickness than ordinary car soap alone. It acts as a water softener and conditioner to improve the quality of the water that touches your vehicle to provide the ultimate safe wash.

Add 2 ounces of No Rinse Wash & Shine to a gallon of water to make a super-slick clay bar lubricant. Wet the surface of your vehicle to provide a slippery protective layer beneath your clay. After you've clayed each section, simply wipe it dry. This solution is as effective as any clay lubricant you can buy!

Add 6 ounces of No Rinse Wash & Shine to a gallon of water to make an excellent quick detailer. Fill up a spray bottle with this mixture and use it to clean and shine your vehicle, just as you would use a traditional detailer. The proprietary polymers bond to the paint surface to protect it from abrasion and micro-marring as you clean. The incredible formula leaves your vehicle extremely slick and glossy, like you just applied wax!

“Used both the original ONR and the Canuba Wax version for over a year now and the verdict is that the original version is far better. It is easy to apply and buffs off perfectly. The wax version is smeary and after multiple uses I’m convinced it leaves a film on the paintwork which clogs up microfibre cloths which grabs the cloths when trying to buff off. Quite frustrating. The original version does not do this at all and the finish is brilliant. It’s also cheaper. I use 3 capfuls in 10 litres of water. You can pre soak your car but you don’t have to. If your car is very dirty then I would definitely advise a pre rinse with a pressure washer or a garden hose with a trigger attachment. I use two microfibre cloths which I drop in the bucket of solution. I then use them alternately working the car in five sections, roof,rear,sides and lastly front. I then dry each section with a dry buffing microfibre towel.I don’t bother with the two bucket method. You don’t need to. The solution separates the dirt from the microfibre and then the dirt falls below the grit guard. I’ve also used a sponge to apply this product and a microfibre mitt and they all work fine.You don’t have to be that careful with this product. It allows the microfibre etc to glide effortlessly across paintwork, plastic and glass. This is my go to method when the car is lightly dirty. If the car is very dirty then I’ll generally use traditional methods with shampoo etc but ONR is still my preferred method especially if I’m pushed for time or I can’t be bothered to break out all the other mountain of products I sometimes use. ONR also makes a great clay lube and a detail spray. I use one capful in a litre of water in a spray bottle but how much you use of this product is personal taste. I still use a decent wheel cleaner though as ONR isn’t really that great on wheels. It just removes the light dirt but not heavily baked on brake dust. In summary this is a brilliant product and it’s great value considering that a 32 ounce bottle will last you 4 to 6 months if washing your car once a week. This is definitely a product I wouldn’t hesitate to make a repeat purchase on. Totally hooked on it.”
